Hello there, I’m Maddi (she/her/hers)!

I am an Outreach and Reference Librarian at the University of Iowa where I collaborate with partners on campus and promote library resources.

I am passionate about bridging gaps between information knowledge, libraries and accessible learning environments. My research interests explore information in society and how information institutions are perceived through both a historical and/or contemporary lens.

I graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee with a dual degree in Library & Information Science (MLIS) and Urban Studies (MS).
